I met Pastor Andrew at a memorial site for some fallen officers in Florida, we kept in touch ever since. I have visited his church and he has visited mine up here in Canada, where we held an outreach weekend, preaching and counselling first responders. We had very positive feedback from the event and officers still mention it to me today!

Andrew and I were cops together and I knew Andrew before he encountered Jesus on that roof in Harlem. His encounter was a true miracle of transformation by the power of the living God. He went from a an angry, bitter, mad at the world man, to a kind, loving, and gentle soul. I highly recommend you read the book.

As the Lead Pastor of the Fountain of Life, Burlington, New Jersey, I was planning to honor First Responders in one of our Sunday worship services. We invited police, firefighters and EMS workers from six different municipalities. It was an incredible success. I invited Rev. Andrew Columbia to be our guest speaker. Being a former police officer in New York City, he was able to connect with the officers and the other first responders in a way that I believe few people could.

 

I have known Rev. Andrew Columbia for 25 years. He relates on so many levels. His testimony is riveting. His delivery is non-threatening, and he does it all with a true love for God and for people. If you are considering a service or program in which you will be honoring First Responders, to say I highly recommend Rev Andrew Columbia would be an understatement. He is a true minister who will leave a lasting impact.

I am a retired master sergeant and lead a first responder ministry in Miami, Fl. I’ve been blessed to know Andrew for many years, after we met through a mutual friend. From the moment I met him, I could see and feel the joy of The Lord in him. He has shared his testimony a few times at our gatherings, and every time it has been moving. So many stay after the meeting to speak with him. If you do not know his story, I would encourage you to read his book. If you doubt God’s existence, take time to read it. God loves you and is able to meet you where you are. Andrew’s story is proof of that.
